Years of incremental changes had left Sable Foods with a space that felt inconsistent. The goal was to bring everything back to a single, clear idea.

We began by listening — workshops, site visits and long conversations with the people closest to the work. A few recurring themes quickly became the backbone of the project.

We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Sable Foods team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.

Sable Foods now has a foundation that can grow with it: flexible enough for what comes next, consistent enough to be recognizable at a glance.
